  Flooring America has some great product for a fair price.
  
  Unfortunately I had some issues occur when I had my carpet installed, however it was through a 3rd party installer who left me with doors to rehang and trim myself, and a bunch of carpet threads/bits all over the whole house to clean up. This being a hassle and unprofessional I called Flooring America to speak with Matt who was my sales representative. He did some work and figured out with his management team what could be done to compensate the issues I had dealt with. They responded quickly and fairly in order to make up the extra work that ended up falling on to my shoulders to take care of.
  
  Seems as Flooring America cares about there customers and the experience they receive. Matt really made sure I was going to end the day as a happy and satisfied customer.
