    Love It! There pizza is so delicious right along with their boneless BBQ chicken! Extremely fast service they told me on the phone 45 to an hour and have it here with in 20 minutes! Good prices too!

    Extremely fed up with this location. The last 2 times I ordered from them they forgot part of my order! BOTH TIMES.
    Tonight is the straw that broke the camel's back. I ordered our food via the super snazzy app- but needed to call in to amend my order. I had to add my son's free pizza for perfect attendance and 2 sides of marinara. Simple right? I called, rang forever, and when they answered they disconnected the call. I called back- must be something with the phone line right? Rings forever..they finally pick up and "Can I put you on hold?"
    I try to explain, get interrupted and put on hold.
    I timed it. 5 minutes before they picked the phone back up. I'm still polite though annoyed. Updates my order to add the free cheese pizza and 2 sides of marinara. I'll need to pay $1.06 when the driver gets here. Cool. Fine. I get that.
    This is the part that BLEW my top.
    Delivery driver Robert arrives. Very nice, I upbeat, conversational. I give him the money and sign the slip. He hands me the food. He even told us to "keep the free pizza coupon and use it again" (right in front of my son) I told him no- that's not right. He says , "Go for it, I've been doing this for 30 years, its fine get the free pizza again" He also forgets the salad. Has to go back to get it. Told me the marinara was in the boxes.
    There was no marinara.
    Robert already left my driveway to grab the salad he forgot. I had to call the location AGAIN. This time after it rang forever- they didn't ask to put me on hold- THEY JUST DID IT.
    Now I'm calling to catch Robert before he gets back with my salad to grab that stupid marinara.
    I WAS ON HOLD FOR 8 MORE MINUTES. Robert was back by then with my salad. I hang up the phone because I'm mad at this point. I start to explain to him that I had been on hold for 8 minutes at this point and they never packed the sauce. Now, his attitude completely changed.
    First thing out of his mouth was - "We are REALLY BUSY tonight." I said "I understand that but.." He interrupts me stating how busy they are again. I explained to him- again- that since no one will answer the phone, he's going to have to hear my complaint. Again- he reminds me he's been doing this for 30 years. AGAIN, I explain that they charged me that stupid dollar for those 2 sauces and instead of apologizing for THEIR OBVIOUS mistake - he blamed the cook? AND he was raising his voice to me? Seriously?

    I'm livid by now. I stopped the conversation abruptly, told him I was calling the manager in the morning and shut my door.

    He actually stayed on my porch and yelled after I shut the door on him.

    I love Dominoes pizza. I've been ordering for years. I love the app- it's secure, convenient and FAST. Order food through the app, next thing you know pizza is here and there's a super nice delivery person giving it to you.
    HOWEVER- I've had nothing but problems with my orders when using this location.
    No one wants to get yelled at by their pizza delivery guy on Friday night because of THEIR incompetence. Corporate really needs to clean this location up as well as remind Robert Delivery Guy for 30 Years that you don't yell at customers or tell them how to scam free pizza from his employer.

    New staff. Still unimpressive. Had good track record going and now have gone 0 for 4 orders in regards to accuracy. 2 of those were through their online system. Tried calling to tell them about mess up first time. Got a sorry and then what do you want me to do-remake? Sent form to corporate twice with pictures of order and what was made - got auto reply from someone who didn't care.. Order 5/17 - pizza was right, but cheese bread was jalapenos & bacon instead of regular. Guess kids don't get cheese bread this time. Pizza was ready in 10 minutes after order. Took another 10 minutes for cheese bread to come out of oven (wrong).
